H&R Affordable Transitional Housing is a bridge to stable housing and a fresh start. We specialize in the unique needs of the homeless community. We have several housing placements for veterans and re-entry programs. Here at H&R Affordable Transitional Housing we believe housing is a human right. We just don’t provide a room we provide a road map to a permanent home.
