H&R Affordable Transitional Housing is a bridge to stable housing and a fresh start. We specialize in the unique needs of the unhoused community we also have supportive housing. We have several housing placements for veterans and re-entry programs. Here at H&R Affordable Transitional Housing we have a combination of housing and services intended as a cost- effective way to help people live more stable. Our supportive housing is more long term operating as a foster family environment. We just don’t provide a room we provide a road map to a permanent home.
